Drive-Thru Flu Shot / COVID Vaccine Clinic

The Village of New Lenox will be partnering with Jewel/Osco Pharmacy on October 24th to offer a drive-thru flu shot/COVID vaccine clinic, in the Village Commons from 10am-1pm.

Details:

• The clinic will be held in the Village Commons (101 Veterans Parkway, New Lenox) for individuals ages 3 and up. No pre-registration is required.
• The vaccines are FREE with most insurance providers (Medicare Part B an VA insurance included), and will be administered by a Jewel-Osco pharmacist.
• At the event, you will be required to remain in your vehicle and wear a face mask. 
• Be sure to bring your insurance card and copy of the consent form (if filled out prior to the event.
• Pneumonia vaccines will also be available if requested.
