According to the American Cancer Society, colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in the United States.  Starting at age 50, men and women who don’t have a history of polyps or colon cancer should have a colonoscopy every 10 years. To encourage patients to get this vital test, Gatto’s Restaurants is giving patients a $20 Gift Certificate when they have a screening colonoscopy at Silver Cross Hospital between March 1 to Sept. 30, 2015.  Call 1-888-660-HEAL or visit www.silvercross.org for a referral to a physician on the Silver Cross Medical Staff who performs colonoscopies.

So You Think You Can Lip Sync? (All Ages)

Pre-registration begins Wednesday, July 1 and is MANDATORY to participate in this competition. The 1st Place Winner will receive a CASH prize and 1st-3rd will also receive trophies. In this newest competition, be prepared to take on your peers by lip syncing and performing as your favorite artist. Solo or group performances are welcome. Registration deadline is Monday, July 20.
