As a member of our Cardio Pulmonary Fitness Center?s you can enjoy working out in the gym or join our Strong & Sturdy Exercise Class. Strong & Sturdy incorporates a variety of movement exercises, along with the use of exercise bands, balls and light hand held weights. Classes are held 2x week. Call 815.725.7133 x3090, option 4.

The Fitness Center gym has a variety of exercise equipment, locker rooms and showers. The gym is staffed by a professional staff of exercise physiologists, cardiac nurses, and dietician.

Membership to the Fitness Center Four membership options are available:
+ Gold: $46/month, unlimited sessions up to 5x week
+ Silver: $35/month, up to 9 sessions per month
+ Bronze: $7 per session on a pay as you go basis

Mark your calendars! Santa will be at Animal Clinic at New Lenox on Saturday, December 6, and Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM to meet your kids (2-legged and 4-legged)!

Professional photographer, Christine Navarre Photography will be taking Santa photos that are sure to make a big impact on your mantle this holiday season.

We ask that a $5 or more cash donation be made or that clients bring an item from the TLC Animal Shelter wish list to help pets in need. All donations from this event will benefit local pets in need.

Not available on those weekends but still interested in donating?  We will have a drop box in our reception area for your contributions through December 31st.

Come visit with Santa, bring your wish list and have your picture taken. Receive the digital file for free so you can print as many copies as you like.
 

Join us this holiday season for our second annual Breakfast with Santa event! Pancakes and sausage will be served. Children will get to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and can get creative in the little elves workshop. Bring your wish lists and your cameras, so you can take your picture with Santa.

After breakfast, you and your children can enjoy a sleigh ride and be serenaded with Christmas Carols as we transform our pool into a winter wonderland. No swimwear necessary. Sleigh ride participants will sit in a canoe and will be provided with life jackets.

This FREE event will be a holly jolly time, so register today!

JBMA Training Grounds in partnership with New Lenox Safe Communities America Coalition, will host a  omen’s Self Defense Class on Saturday December 6, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

The class will be held at the JBMA facility, 1317 South Schoolhouse Road, Unit 3 and 4, New Lenox, IL.  The cost of the class is $30.00.  This class will address a variety of women’s safety issues (including safety while running) and will be almost entirely hands-on.

Come out to Tucker's Doggie Delights for pet pictures with Santa to benefit Crossroads Shih Tzu Rescue on December 7 from 12 - 3 PM. No appointment necessary - $5 a print, digital copies emailed to everyone. Picture proceeds go to the rescue. Store sales as well!

Providence Catholic High School cheerleaders invite students in grades 6-8 to attend their third Annual Stunting Clinic on Tuesday, December 9 (4:30 pm to 7:30 pm).  The Providence Catholic cheerleading team were 2013 State Champions, five-time Sectional Champions and five-time National Champions.  The cost is $35.00 per participant, which includes a PC cheerleading tee shirt and a 2014-15 season pass to regular-season PCHS home athletic events. 
 
Participants will have the opportunity to learn proper stunting technique, execution and progression within a stunt-group setting; flyers will learn body positions and stretching exercises.  Individuals and stunt groups are welcome.  Clinic participants should bring a light snack and water.  Please register by Friday, November 21 to ensure your tee shirt size by visiting the PCHS cheerleaders 8to18 webpage.  If you have any questions about the Clinic, please contact Laura Duesing, Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach at pchscheer@comcast.net or Coach Peggy Jensen, Clinic Coordinator at peggyjensen5@yahoo.com.  The Clinic will be held at Providence Catholic High School at 1800 W. New Lenox Area Historical Society is having an Open House and Christmas Ornament Sale at Schmuhl School One-Room Schoolhouse on December 13, 2014.  Schmuhl School is located at Route 30 and Schoolhouse Road.  Open house will run from 10:00 am-2:00 pm.  Ornaments depicting historic New Lenox locations and all of the New Lenox District 122 schools will be on display and available for purchase.  Ornaments can also be purchased at the Historical Society Office at 205 W.
