Event Description:
On October 4, 2021, the Village of New Lenox will celebrate the 75th anniversary of its incorporation. This milestone will be celebrated with a three-day festival taking place October 1, 2, and 3 in the Village Commons, and we are excited to invite all of our New Lenox residents to join us for this FREE celebration!
Friday, October 1 5:00-8:00 PM
The first night of festivities will include live music from Joey Kar. Food trucks will be set up throughout the Commons, and beer will also be available for sale.
Saturday, October 2 11:00 AM-9:00 PM
Saturday's events will begin with kid-sized carnival rides, carnival games with prizes to be won, and a craft fair. In the evening, live music will be found at the Performing Arts Pavilion, with The Ides of March, featuring Jim Peterik, taking the stage at 4:30 PM. Starship, featuring Mickey Thomas, will follow with a performance at 6:30 PM. A fireworks display will close out the evening, taking place immediately following Starship's performance. Food and beer will be available for sale throughout the day.

On Sunday, we'll put residents to the test with pie-eating contests, potato sack races, a Bingo tent, and more! Classic cars will be on display throughout the Commons, and food and beer will be available for sale.
