Event Description:
State Representative Margo McDermed & One Light Self Defense are hosting free workshops for women and girls. The fist class offers basic self defense. If you attend, you can also attend the advanced techniques class to be held 12 days later. These events will help you learn avoidance tactics, self-defense misconceptions, offensive techniques and defensive escapes. Space is limited, registration for both classes is required.
