The NLCC will celebrate with Future Diagnostics Group with a ribbon cutting for their New Lenox office on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 5:30 PM.  Located at 672 Cedar Crossing Drive in New Lenox, Future Diagnostics Group is committed to their mission of meeting and exceeding the diagnostic imaging expectations of its patients and physicians by consistently providing outstanding quality imaging and customer service.

Patient service is our mission, paired with leading technology, and trusted radiologist reads-all for some of the lowest costs in our industry!  A simple self-pay chest x-ray is $35 dollars including the radiologist reading.  Our insurance average rate for the same chest x-ray is $50 with the reading.
