Event Description:
The New Lenox District 122 PTO will be conducting a Dessert Days Pie Fundraiser starting TODAY!! Please help your child with our fundraising sale. Please sell to friends, family, neighbors, and people at work. Please do not sell door to door to strangers.
Share with family and friends on social media by posting and asking them to message back their order.
Please read the following on how to fill out the order form.
- Collect money at the time of taking order. Collect NO sales tax.
- Fill in your seller information in the top left section of the order sheet.
- Place one family order per line.
- Please tally the item columns and the money column.
- Make sure the money collected adds up to the cost of the items sold.
Group Goal: 600 PIES!!!
Fundraiser Starts: TODAY!!
Fundraiser Ends: Please turn your order forms and money into your school office by October 18, 2018
Pickup Information: November 15, 2018, Bentley School (lunchroom), 513 E. Illinois Highway, 6:00-8:00PM.
Payment Information: Collect cash or checks.
