Studies show that participants in Pilates classes are able to decrease their running times as well as decrease potential injuries from occurring. Private sessions’ will allow you to work one on one with a trained Pilates instructor, that will determine if you have imbalance and help you eliminate them causing less injury to joints. Our Massage Therapist will also help you stretch out and relax overwork muscle groups. Call us for your appointment today.
