Event Description:
We are happy to announce the SAL Rib-Cookoff 7th Annual event held at the Thomas E. Hartung American Legion Post 1977, 14414 Ford Drive, New Lenox, IL on Saturday July 13, 2024 11am till close. This benefit is free to the public. Spots are still available if you would like to compete for prize money, trophies, and bragging rights.
This family friendly event will have a bouncy house, face painter, and magic show performed by Mike Didomenico. Local businesses Ranch Frostie, Bourbons Smokehouse BBQ and Hickory Creek Brewing Company will be offering some of their best products for purchase.
Proceeds raised help our Veterans at the Manteno and LaSalle/Peru Veterans Homes, Gold Star families, along with other local veteran causes.
